OUR PASTORS
Faith Victory Church was pioneered in 1990 by Dr. Mark Owings and his wife, Dona. Our church is an affiliate of Rhema Bible Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Owings graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in May of 1990. He previously graduated from Olivet Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Divinity.
The pastors of Faith Victory Church have a confident vision of compassionate faith and outreach for reaching Columbus and the surrounding communities with the love of Christ. We believe every person is a gift from God. Our vision is to Reach Out, Serve, and Empower people with the Ability of God, so they in turn can reach out, serve, and empower others.
OUR CHURCH
Come as you are. There is no “expected” dress code. Dress comfortably because people at Faith Victory Church care about you, not what you are wearing.
We praise God with our voices in song and we open the Bible to learn what God has for us. Feel free to raise your arms in praise, shout for joy because the joy of the Lord is here.
Our pastor is an excellent teacher of the Word and uses a simplified manner and humor to get God’s uncompromised Word across. You experience the joy of the Lord in the church through laughter; good fellowship; and open, caring, friendly people.
